حوإ¼½م½م members are developing young professionals to lead their firms and the construction industry into the future through a group of programs that form حوإ¼½م½م’s Construction Leadership Council (CLC). حوإ¼½م½م chapters give them different names — Construction Leadership Council, Young Constructors Forum, Emerging Leaders Group, Young Executives Committee, Future Leaders Forum, Young Leadership Program — but they share the mission of nurturing talent.
